Family AcroYoga Festival for Children Aged 3 – 6 and Their Parents/Adults
Discover the power of moving, laughing, and connecting together at our Family AcroYoga Festival! An afternoon full of fun, connection, and activity for the whole family.
AcroYoga involves performing acrobatic stunts together that look impressive but are accessible to everyone! Additionally, we will practice yoga, meditation, and games, learning new movements in a playful way. We build trust and enjoy flying together.
The workshops are conducted by students from the Family AcroYoga teacher training, under the guidance of experienced instructors. On the final day of their intensive training, the new Family AcroYoga teachers will give their first workshop. Join these affordable workshops and experience the energy and inspiration of our new teachers.
