Human right lawyer during the day, Zsuzsanna teaches ashtanga yoga, acroyoga, and AY fit (acrobatic fitness) here and there, for free and for fun. Initially, she came to acroyoga, like most people, for the coolness factor. Like others, she stayed for the substance. Learning partner acrobatics builds confidence, but also strengthens communications skills and trust in others. It is as much of a practice for the hearts and minds as it if for the physical body. Practising yoga connects you with yourself and the universe. But acroyoga does something else, too. It also connects you to other people in a profound yet fun and entertaining way. It creates a community.
